Flora had worked for Blair since ’94, first as his secretary and then, since July 2000 as his Head of Administration. She worked very closely with Blair where a solid friendship was formed. As a result of this, she felt compelled to take an active role in forming this Trust in his honour. She has provided the Trustees with invaluable advice and we owe her a debt of gratitude for her tremendous efficiency, her cheerful disposition and incredible dedication. Flora’s knowledge of Hong Kong administration and requirements are invaluable. Problems are smoothed over and she somehow makes the impossible happen. Without her, we would not be where we are today.
