Manning Lo has been the secretary to the Board of Governors at LPCUWC since its conception in August, 1991. He was then the secretary to the Honourable Sir Q W Lee, Chairman of the Hang Seng Bank. He has been a close friend of both Blair and Wendy, and we are honoured that he volunteered to be part of our team. He has not only provided us with invaluable advice in how to set the Trust up, but also has played an active role in making sure that the Trust is maintaining its direction and keeping to its aims. His knowledge of Hong Kong and his many contacts have been indispensable.
